Drinking Water On Empty Stomach Immediately After Waking Up!

The consumption of water on empty stomach is benefical against some illness such as headache, body pains, heard issues, epilepsy, bronchitis, asthma, TB, menigitis, kidney issues etc.

How to do it:

Immediately after waking up before washing your teeth, on empty stomach consume 160 ml of water, for times or 640 ml. Then bruth your teeth, but don´t consume or drink anything for the next 45 minutes.

Once the 45 minutes have past, you can now eat or drink whatever you like.

This method has the ability to heal various illnesses, and if you are healty you will gain extra energy that is given by the consumption of water.
